In 2019, Richard Padgett was selected as part of a three-man crew to restore the grand foyer of the White House. The experience was both historic and defining — reinforcing his commitment to precision, preservation, and excellence in every restoration project.

Richard Padgett’s career in stone restoration began in 2001, shortly after high school, when he started in the fabrication department at Marble Crafters USA. It was there that his appreciation for the craft took root, eventually leading him into fieldwork across some of the most distinguished homes in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.
After years of leadership as Restoration Supervisor & Operator at Opus Tile & Stone, Richard made the decision to establish Enrich Stone & Tile Restoration. Today, his focus remains the same: delivering exceptional craftsmanship, honoring the integrity of the stone, and ensuring every client receives the highest level of care.

Chip Rose
Restoration Technician
With 20 years of experience in stone restoration, Chip began his career as an apprentice in 2006 and has spent two decades mastering his craft. Over the years, he has worked on everything from granite countertops and marble foyers to historic church cathedrals and terrazzo floors. He has also helped launch a new restoration company and trained dozens of technicians along the way.

Chip views restoration as a specialized art form that requires patience, precision, and an uncompromising attention to detail. He takes pride in treating every home with respect — ensuring each space is left cleaner than when he arrived.

After witnessing others in the industry cut corners, Chip found alignment with Enrich’s commitment to quality and integrity. His dedication to excellence and going above and beyond for every client is what defines his work.
Bob Lilley
Restoration Technician
Bob has been working in the cleaning and restoration industry since 2011, when he founded his own company, KustomKlean. Building his business from the ground up instilled in him a deep respect for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and treating every home as if it were his own. In 2016, he was honored as Best Cleaning Company of the Main Line in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Over time, Bob developed a passion for tile and stone restoration, drawn to the satisfaction of bringing worn surfaces back to life. After refining his skills with Opus Tile, he joined Enrich from the very beginning and takes pride in helping build a company grounded in reliability and trust.
